We don’t just sell the finest jewellery and watches, we also provide the finest aftercare and repair service. Repairing our customers’ treasured items is a privilege. We have a team of skilled craftspeople and state of the art equipment in our Birmingham Service Centre and at several smaller in-store Design and Service Centres throughout the UK. Our current in-store locations include Gateshead, High Wycombe, Leeds, Liverpool, Meadowhall and Trafford Park.
We’re continually growing this amazing team. Whether you join us at entry level as a Trainee or as an experienced Jeweller, you can be sure you’ll be supported to build on your skills and develop your career.
We are a licenced sponsor for skilled workers and proud to support overseas candidates (subject to eligibility) for the positions of Jeweller and Watchmaker.
Our Watchmakers carry out a range of watch repairs depending on their skill level, and the accreditations they have for certain watch brands. They use their expertise to support the provision of efficient and accurate estimates and high quality and timely repairs to ensure our customers get a great service. A professional Watchmaking Qualification (WOSTEP, BHI or equivalent) is needed, along with a successful track record in watch repairs and service.
We support the British School of Watchmaking and are proud to have had several store team members undertake the programme, become graduates and progress their watchmaking careers.
I love the challenge of my role, and enjoy developing my team, through in-house training, to have the experience they need to skilfully repair jewellery items.
