As well as working with lots of amazing brands, many of whom support us with specialist product training, many of our team members have industry recognised qualifications.
Every Store Support Centre team member has access to a huge range of e-learning on numerous topics. There is other training and development available, depending on your role and interest. We offer a range of Apprenticeship learning routes- which include Leadership, Finance and HR professional development schemes, Data Management, Buying and Merchandising. For those in our Buying & Merchandising teams, our internal "B&M Academy" provides a framework to support skills and knowledge development, as well as career progression.
